Notice Regarding Manufacturing Delays Related to COVID-19

Dear customers,

Thank you for your continued support of Fanda Hygiene's products.
​
This notice is to inform you that due to the ongoing 2019 Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) outbreak, it has been determined that all products distributed by Fanda Hygiene being manufactured in Taiwan may be subject to delays of 21 days or more.
​
We will notify you regarding release dates and delays as they are determined for each product.
​
We will be monitoring the situation closely and will strive to release products with as little delay as possible.
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and hope for your understanding in this matter.
​
As ships and containers are in extreme high demand in Asia since the pandemic, please do arrange shipment bookings few weeks in advance before the delivery date.
​
You may experience extended lead times for shipping so please allow 10 to 15 extra days for orders to be shipped during this extraordinary time.
​
Thank you in advance—not only for your loyalty to Fanda, but for your patience! The staff at Fanda are with you and your family and hope that our products offer you some comfort and support as we take on this challenge together.
